On deciding which plot on the site you like, we ask you to pay a small deposit to secure that plot in case we have any other interest.
After deciding on your Lodge design and placing an order we ask you to pay 75% of the total price, minus the deposit. The final 25% is due on completion of the lodge.
Maintenance is paid annually in Feb – March
Your maintenance fee includes grass and hedge cutting as well as the septic tank and road preservation.
Your family are very welcome to use your Lodge.
