Although these are our featured designs, they are both highly bespoke with many options available so you can customise your lodge to meet your needs. The Grasmere
40ft x 20ft – Price on application
This luxury lodge features top-of-the-line amenities, including an A’ rated combi boiler for efficient heating, sockets and TV points with low energy light fittings, key fob controlled lighting, and fitted kitchen units complete with an oven, hob, extractor fan, and free-standing fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
You’ll also find fitted quality carpets in the lounge, bedroom, and hall, as well as fitted quality vinyl in the kitchen, bathroom, and entrance hall. To add a touch of elegance, we’ve included fitted quality curtains and blinds throughout the lodge.
The price for your new lodge includes all of the above plus sighting, connection and high quality stone decking.

The Senate

The Senate luxury lodge offers the utmost comfort and convenience. It features a full central heating system with a High Efficiency condensing combi boiler. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with an integrated cooker, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, providing all the modern amenities you need. The fitted luxury carpets feature underlay throughout and are available in a range of colours to suit your taste.
The lodge also features high-quality, fitted handmade curtains and quality blinds, allowing you to personalise the interior with your choice of fabric. The kitchen and bathrooms are adorned with quality vinyl tile flooring, while the master ensuite offers a tiled shower cubicle.
The fully tiled bathroom showcases a white bath, white WC, and vanity basin with a cupboard, all fitted with chrome tap and shower fittings.
